30-Day Aesthetic Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and functionality of every GraWind product. If our solutions do not perfectly fit your space or meet your design expectations, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your items.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Original eco-conscious packaging must be preserved.
  • Proof of purchase (Order #) is required.

Refund Process

  • Email concierge at support@grawind.com.
  • Receive a prepaid return label (where applicable).
  • Refund processed within 5 business days of inspection.

Damages & Discrepancies

Should your items arrive damaged or if you receive the incorrect SKU, please document the issue with photographs and contact us within 48 hours for an immediate priority replacement.
